Psychedelic Lawyer

PsychedelicLaw.ca is run by Marc Z. Goldgrub, the founding lawyer at Green Economy Law Professional Corporation.

Marc’s interest in psychedelics began with his teenage love of The Beatles, especially the album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Several years and two law degrees later, he learned about the medical and therapeutic benefits of psychedelics, and made the subject one of his legal practice’s primary focus areas.

Marc is licensed to practice law in Ontario and New York State. He is a member of the Psychedelic Bar Association and TheraPsil, and a board member of local plant-based org VegTO. Green Economy Law is a Psychedelic Association of Canada business alliance member.

Marc occasionally talks about psychedelic law on podcasts, and writes about it on LinkedIn and for Psychedelic Spotlight. He’s been quoted in Bloomberg, Psychedelic Alpha, Tripsitter, Shroomtown, and featured on the @jewwhotokes Instagram. He also writes Green Economy Law’s monthly newsletter and its regular Psychedelic Update section.
